Jason's Italian adventures

Jason did a bit of work travel in the fall.  Here's what he had to say about going to Rome for a second time:

"I made my 2nd work related trip to Rome this past week (the first trip was in 2008). The work days were long and there wasn't much time for sightseeing (there is so much to see, I could go back and spend at least a week!), but enjoyed walking around the city at night and seeing a few things."

He took some beautiful pictures, but this is my favorite.  Look at that smile!!!

And a few other fun pictures...

"Palazzo dell'Aeronautica, the Italian Air Staff Headquarters buliding where my meetings were held each day. It was originally built as a ministry building for the Facists pre World War II."

"This Lamborghini Huracan was gifted to the Italian Air Force Chief of Staff...it sits right at the entrance of their HQ building. Unfortunately, they wouldn't let me take it for a spin."

We're glad Jason had a good trip, even though it was fast and furious.  It was great to get him home safe and sound!
