I've told Jason multiple times since December 25 how much I love my new iPhone. It's pretty spectacular--I'm always finding out a new way to use it to make my life better, brighter, and more fun.
Today I realized I had quite a few pictures on it, lovely random photos that give you a good idea of a typical day around the Cushing home in January. About the only thing I'm missing is a good flag football shot of Wade. His season ends this weekend, so I'd better get on that.
Without further ado, here are some glimpses into this month--enjoy! I know I sure did!

| Playing with our new pool table--just the right size! :) |
| Wade participated in the district spelling bee last week. There were less than 10 kids competing around Ridgecrest. Wade was the second kid out, on the word "affinity," and he was pretty upset by that, but I hope he knows how proud we are of him! Our neighbor and friend, Saad, took 2nd place after almost 30 rounds. |

| Carpool fun with Rhiannon--love her! We laugh so much together! |
| Selfie much? :) So funny! |
| Rhiannon rocks a new dress, Wade sports a mustache for school, catching the dogs and kids candidly |
| Proof that we did celebrate birthdays this month! The cinnamon cake was HEAVENLY! |
| Volleyball camp for Rhiannon--she loved it! |
| Science fair, working on Blue & Gold, proof that my new vacuum works, and a fun new board game |
